Join in our free online CCLASP Relaxation Mondays and CCLASP Yoga Tuesdays with Corryne who is a fully insured and qualified yoga and meditation teacher of 10 years’ experience and has taught more than 2000 hours of classes.

 
 

 

Online Relaxation Sessions
When: Fortnightly on a Monday

Start time: 6:30pm  End time: 7:00pm

Online guided relaxation to reduce stress and anxiety and feel calmer and more peaceful.
 

  • Final session of 2020 is on 14th December
  • First session of 2021 is on 4th January
Online Yoga Sessions
When: Weekly on a Tuesday

Start time: 6:00pm   End time: 7:00pm

Simple yoga exercises to stretch the body, release tension and bring a feeling of relaxation and well-being.

  • Final session of 2020 is on 22nd December
  • First session of 2021 is on 5th January
